My dad was admitted to West Gate Hills after being at Jefferson Hospital. Dad settled in quickly to his routine, receiving PT and OT services. WGH has activities planned throughout every day to keep the residents active. From Bingo, a concert, a Super Bowl party, nightly special treats..the attentive and caring staff make the residents here feel welcome like at home.

I am a physician and have been seeing patients at Westgate Hills for just over eight years. The facility is well known for its quiet healing environment, natural surroundings, frequent caring attention from the staff and super organized administration and upper level management. Specific standouts include a superb rehabilitation department, skillful and diligent nursing staff, on-site beauty salon services as well as routine fun activities.

The Staff here is top shelf. From the Receptionist to the Janitors, the Nurses and Aides, everyone wears a Smile. It is very contagious. A few Colleagues and myself came in to Pray a Rosary with the Residents, and the staff had all the Residents involved. Very hard working and attentive Staff.

The facility is clean and the staff are very nice. The rehab care he has received here has allowed him to gain his strength back and we are grateful for that. Their rehabilitation approach is comprehensive and effective.

The nursing staff, PT/OT, social workers and support staff were fantastic. Overall, I felt heard, supported and encouraged throughout my post-acute recovery.

At entrance you are required to take temperature and advise who you are visiting. I find that a very safe and secure method to keeping the patients from harm. It is a pleasant facility to visit. Clean and clean smelling.

The Guest Services was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. The well-maintained common areas provide comfortable spaces for residents to socialize and for visitors to spend quality time with loved ones.

This one is the cleanest and nicest one to date. I wish I had known about this one before. The patrons all seem happy and well cared for in this beautiful environment.

The salon services, dining options, and social areas all contribute to a full and engaging lifestyle for residents. I appreciate the caring hands that look after her daily.
